We have done a total of 4 total projects with Old Texas Wood. We usually deal with Lance and he has done a great job of taking care of us. All of our projects have used a mix of wider pine nailed flooring. We really like the character of the old nail holes. We have been pleasantly shocked at how little waste we have. With a repurposed product we would typically expect about 10 to 15%% to be waste. Are waste on the product we get from Old Texas Wood is right at 2%%. Awesome!! We have shared or opinions with several friends, and they have all had the same luck that we have seen. We are currently planning a 7K sq ft house and will be using Old Texas Wood for sure.
